- Visit the Ancestry.com website and log in to your account.
- Open the Ancestry data deletion web form.
- Select the reason for canceling their service.
- Click Continue.
- Enter your account password for verification.
- Click Next step.
- Fill in the verification code sent to your email address.
- Click the Delete account button.
