2. From the dashboard, open the user’s profile at the bottom right.
3. Scroll to the bottom and select the Settings menu.
4. Tap on the Account and Security option.
5. Then you tap on Delete Account.
6. A service termination agreement will appear.
7. Scroll to the end of the page.
8. Click on I have read and agreed to the agreement.
9. There will be a data check to determine whether you can delete your account.
10. Choose Next.
11. Then confirm your action to delete Heat Up account.

If you failed the data check, you need to empty your coins first. Spend it as gift to another user.
