How to delete Threads account
- Open the Threads app on your phone.
- Tap the Profile menu on the bottom right.
- Access the app Menu on the top right.
- Proceed to the Account option.
- Select Deactivate profile.
- Tap the Deactivate Threads profile button.
- Confirm by selecting Deactivate.
To permanently delete your Threads account and data, you need to cancel the Instagram account you are logged into.
