- Open the Me menu in the bottom right corner.
- Proceed to the Settings menu.
- Select the Linked Account option.
- Scroll down to the Account Deletion Rules section.
- Tap Delete Account.
- Fill in the reason why you are leaving HelloYo.
- Tap the Next button twice.
- Agree to the terms and conditions.
- Tap Next.
- Agree to all terms and conditions that appear.
- Tap Delete Account.
- Select the Confirm account deletion option.
